As a hodler you don't have any business checking the crypto market when there is dip. What should be your concern is when the market is on green and you want to reposition your long term hodl. The one that should be concerned about how the market is dipping is one who trades on a daily basis. Complaining every now and then wouldn't change the way the market will react.
