Whatever that would make you to hurt someone please avoid it. Hurting someone intentional and not feeling emotional about it usually brings emotional wound on the person who has been deeply hurt. In most cases, emotional wound doesn't heal easily compared to the physical wound. There are some people who doesn't easily forget what they passed through in the hands of another person. When that happens, know that it will take a long while before the emotions run out and the wound heals. Remember one thing, some won't forgive you easily even when you ask forgiveness later.
