Do you know why some people don't feel the need to extend the hand of help to others, is because they want to protect their image and reputation. Look at it this way. You help someone and the person turns back and stab you at the back. What would you call that? The easiest way to earn a bad reputation is when you help someone that is very ungrateful. The person would end up hurting you and spoiling your name at the same time. Never criticise anyone who fails to extend a hand to another fellow without first of all, knowing why the person does that.
