When we have a mild dip market, people procrastinate when making the decision of buying a coin they like. Some will say, they want the market to dip more so that they could get it more cheaper. Now, when the same people encounter a heavy market dump just like we are having currently, they wouldn't want to risk buying because emotions have set in and they afraid that if they buy, it will still keep dumping hard. When market starts making an uptrend movement again, this same people would come out later and play regret game by saying they wish they bought.
