Don't always be in the forefront of criticising people or whatever thing that is going wrong. Yes. It is good to criticise so as to have a more balanced and engaging atmosphere. But when you criticise always without proferring solution to an issue you always criticise, then it doesn't make sense. It is expected that people who criticise should come up with a more viable means of solving the issues on ground. If you could, make a viable and necessary suggestion that would help sort out the the thing you feel is not right. If you can't help it, then tune down your criticism. #RandomThoughts
