We all agree and know that water is very essential for the human body. Not only humans that need water, other lesser animals and plants does too. Water nourishes and helps our body glow and equally keeps us fit and healthy. Now, my question is. How many litres of water does the human body needs to get satisfied daily? One litre? Two litres? Three or more litres? It has been an argument for some people who have had diverse opinions about the quantity of water we need daily. So what's your take guys? Image source: Google #RandomThoughts

Drink more water as you can. It is necessary for the brain cells to nourish. Water play essential part in our body. I think more than 3 litres. It decreases the friction between adipose tissues. Better for kidneys proper function.
