Sometimes getting a bad review about a particular product, website or corporate doesn't really mean that those reviews reflect on the general context of that thing involved. I have seen some products given a bad review by some people, but it didn't really come out as bad as they said. Bad reviews usually happen when other competitors try to smear the image of the corporate or product involved to make it look bad in the sight of the people.
