Depression is not something people should go through in their life because it doesn't usually end well in the end. I remembered when I was depressed from late 2019 to about middle of 2020. The experience was not something I wish to recall, but the reason why I'm posting this, is for people to try and check upon their loved ones and friends and know how they are faring. Then, I was barely having a life of my own, all my thoughts, actions and relationships with people were not existing. Apparently, I was having a blank living. I recalled some stories on how some people committed suicide because they couldn't hold back their own depression any longer. But suicide was never on my thoughts and I'm glad my mind didn't let me tow that line. Well, finally, I was able to overcome my own depression and life became meaningful to me again. Have you once in your life suffered depression? How was the experience life and how were you able to finally overcome it?
