Just heard a news about someone I know that was rushed to the hospital this morning because she fell unconscious as a result of minor stroke. With the help of the daughter who was, thankfully at home at that moment and some neighbours, she was taken to the hospital. Now, why am I posting this? My post is to tell each one of us to take care of our health. Reduce your stress level to the barest minimum and avoid anything that would shoot up your mental state.
