If one keep depending on family or close allies for every single decision the person takes in this life, then there is every chance that the person wouldn't go far in life. Don't allow people close to you to always interfere in every aspect of your life. It doesn't always go well at the end if you keep allowing it to happen. We learn from making mistakes and they more we do things on our accord, the more chances we learn faster from them.
