Really, the world is tilted between the have and the have not. While some societies or people would make do with the basic human needs like water, electricity, good roads. Other societies or individuals no longer see these life changing benefits as a priority. The life of an average person in a developed society has gone beyond electricity and good roads. It's never the case with the undeveloped societies who still crave for the basic needs of life. Truly, the world is diverse in nature; fair to some people, unfair to some others.
