Sugar Oil Baba is a traditional food in Changsha, Hunan Province, which is made from glutinous rice flour and brown sugar. Knead the water-milled glutinous rice flour into a dough, then make small cakes, fry them in a pan until golden, and then pour brown sugar water on them. It tastes sweet and soft.
