Why fight? Armenia vs. Azerbaijan
The Nagorno-Karabakh region and seven adjacent districts of Azerbaijan were invaded and occupied by Armenia in the early 1990s. As a result, 800,000 Azerbaijanis were expelled from their ancestral lands and homes, and remain internally displaced after almost 30 years. Armenia committed ethnic cleansing against the Azerbaijani population in the occupied territories. All these IDPs await the day to return to their homes and lands.
Millions of people of Azerbaijani origin were left without their homes after the ethnic cleansing conducted by Armenians. They don't recognize today’s position of the world about the territory and make historical claims, but if you take a look at the history (objective) you will see that it was the policy of the Russian empire through the years to relocate Armenian people from other territories to Nagorno-Karabakh to strengthen its positions in the region, because its policy always was divide and conquer! And now they say we should rule the land where we are the majority. With the same logic, you can easily create hundreds of new countries around the world. While I am writing this post Armenia is conducting missile attacks against Azerbaijani civilians and civilian infrastructure in the major cities: the 2nd city of Azerbaijan Ganja, Mingachevir which plays a key role in the area, because of its reservoir and key power plant, Khizi, and Absheron region. There are wounded and killed among civilians. Some argue that Azerbaijan has always been a supporter of peace. Azerbaijan support negotiations proses approximately 30 years. Azerbaijan state hasn't ignore negotiations proses. But Armenia doesn't want peace. They want to occupation Azerbaijan territories. Armenia prime minister destroyed negotiations proses at the end. That's why, Azerbaijan try to liberate native lands. Also, most Azeri people say Armenia has always been aggressive towards Azerbaijan!!! We had been trying to solve all the issue we had for almost 30 years but it seems Armenia doesn't understand this and still keep violating ceasefire!!! We will liberate all our occupied Karabakh ASAP!! All the truth and international laws stand with **Azerbaijan.** https://youtu.be/eJw_ksA2r4A While others argue that Azerbaijan started the war and violated the ceasefire for the third time!! Armenia is fighting for peace, for their motherland. We need to recognize Artsakh to stop the violence now! ...and....today for the 3-rd time during this month the Azerbaijani side has grossly violated the ceasefire agreement. This time it was reached in the USA. Armenia just defend its right to live in our homeland. Armenia want peace. If US or any other peacemaker really want to help in conflict settlement, it should ask Armenia to stop its illegal occupation! Ether act or stay away, and let us solve the problem ourselves! Unfortunately 27 years old so called peace talks did not bring peace to the region. People in Azerbaijan who lost their houses, villages and close people couldn’t keep their belief in peace as well. That’s why people refuse to watch the diplomat’s new “peace shows”. All the conflicts in the world will end with war until international law, and base diplomatic standards fail.
