I should buy a wax melting machine to melt cheese and chocolates. The double boiler method is too much for a lazy person like me. It's very cheap and automatic too! So if I fall asleep while cooking, my cheese/chocolate will not burn. And I can drink/eat in peace. Ooh oh oh, it would be a great fondue! Just 4 am thoughts. This technology should not leave the platform, thank you.
