What is Strength?
Strength is the quality or state of being strong all round (physically, socially, mentally, spiritually, etc.). Being strong is an advantage but the way one uses his or her strength determines whether he or she deserves the given strength or not.
How to use your Strength to Help others
People use their strength for different reasons. Sometimes, I ask my classmates if they someday wanna be as strong as our famous DC Hero "Super man", 90% of them said yes and then I come up with the question "If you where give his power, what would you use it to do?" Here is where most of them then got it all wrong. Some said they would use it to rob banks, some said that they would use it to save people and get something in return and all that stuff. No one really stated any useful thing he would use his power to do. Strengthening others does not really mean giving people power to do stupid things, instead it means helping people to help themselves and others, it means showing them the right way to do things and guiding them to do it right, it means raising them up when they fall through challenges and ensuring that they do not make such mistakes again.
Here are some ways of using your strength to strengthen others:
By teaching others: Most times in schools for example, people make fun of others who do not know or have knowledge of some things. A person can display strength here by trying his possible best to help that person understand what ever is giving him or her challenges.
By supporting others: Strong people do not impose their authority or strength on others instead, they help other to come up. They help those who are down and in need of help. They support the less privileged rather than intimidating them.
By helping others know their flaws in a nice way: They help the wick ones discover their flaws and they do it in a gentle and calm manner not to attract the attention of other people around or to make fun of them.
Today, use your strength to strengthen someone out there...
Note: Strong people do not bring down people. Instead, they lift people up...
The ability to maintain one's relationship or friendship with another individual, despite the existence of obstacles or the expenditure of resources, is one of the hallmarks of a true friend. https://basketrandom.io
