ST. ELI Festival. Today, St. Eli Festival started in my village, and will continue for 4 days from 5:pm till midnight. This festival is very important to the people in this region, marches and prayers take place in the church, after that people celebrate this summer occasion in different ways : music, dances, sport activities, stands and kiosks exibiting homemade food, sweets, jams and similar items. Children challenge and compete each other in racing, ball games, slides etc... Ice-cream 🍦, popcorn 🍿, pizzas 🍕 and pastries, rosted corn 🌽 are sold at affordable prices.
