Yesterday, it was my son's (Raphael) Birthday. He is now 10 years old. Just a simple party for us as a family, we didn't invite anyone because of Covid-19. So we celebrated this event at home, he cut the cake 🎂, it was very delicious 😋, made by cocoa, covered by a thick layer of chocolate and filled with cream. It was a very nice time. Yesterday was a very long day for us, because we installed solar panels system to our house to get electricity. More than 5 workers spent all day to install it (from 7:00a.m. in the morning till 6:00 p.m. in the evening). Thanks to them 🙏. In the end of the day, they were very tired. Now we have electricity 24 hours a day from the sun ☀. Have a nice time everyone. 💐

Today I made labneh pie that we ate them in breakfast and in lunch too. Labneh is made of strained yoghourt, is very delicious 😋, a famous plate for breakfast in the Middle East. But I added to the labneh tomatoes, onions, spices and mixed them very well. Then put them in the oven for less than 5 minutes. It's easy to make. All the family enjoyed eating them. Our Christmas tree 🎄 in our home. It took about 2 weeks to arrange the decorations, all the family helped to decorate it. Atmosphere of happiness 😊 and joy overwhelmes our hearts and place by its shining lights, garlands, ✨ 🎉⭐💫🌟🎊... We don't forget the grotto when the baby Jesus (the savior) is the Manger. That's the 4th day, the weather is very bad 😬in our area, Lebanon 🇱🇧, Akkar, it's very windy 🌪️🌬️🌀🍃🍂🍁, cloudy🌫️☁️☁️, cold ❄ and no sun at all. We are waiting for the rain today or tomorrow, maybe the wind will stop. You can see from my shots how the wind moves the trees from left to right and vice-versa. My 4 cats enjoying eating chicken with rice after the rain, I think they didn't hunt yet today. Those cute cats protect us from a lot of dangerous animals around the house. In my village, there is a Christmas celebration for everyone to enjoy, they put kiosks selling popcorn 🍿, chocolate 🍫, chips🍟, pastries... Christmas songs were played to give a pleasant Christmas season atmosphere. It was raining and very cold because the temperature was 10°C, but everyone had fun.
