Why do people lie so much? Ok I'm no saint either. I lie sometimes..🙃more of the white lie🤭and I try as much as possible to have 0 lie/day which I've been quiet successful for a couple of weeks now. The main subject here is a friend of mine who's a system security expert that I respect a lot because of how sincere he is or I thought he is(I don't know what to think rn🤔)He told me at around 1:30pm that he travelled to a neighbouring state which is like an hour from here. I wished him safe trip as every other good friend would. In the evening, at about 5:45pm, I saw him driving out of a parking lot. I was also on transit so he didn't see me. I was happy that he's back safely. Later same day, he called me and was telling me how stressed he is. I asked if he is back(I don't even know what prompted me to ask that🤨) and he told me that he's still there. Really? I asked and he replied in the affirmative. Wow..at a point in the conversation I felt tempted to tell him that i saw him🙄 but i held back. Why would he even do that? I'm not his girlfriend or something.🤤. I just kept wondering if all he has been telling is a lie🤔 How little things can reck something built with so much effort and time.
