You can work here, too many Pinays work in Thailand at day jobs or at night jobs or both. Not all Pinoys / Pinays are legal workers in here if you know the alternative methods.
Ohhh really sir? I've never been in abroad working..I wanna try next year but you know...there's a little fear..and so many what ifs sir. love to work in a resto like receptionist or can be a tutor ..still working on it to get some certificate for a better employment maybe..
I can give you some advice but you can get much better advice from the Filipino community who already working in Thailand. I remember that they have Facebook group but i forget its name.
