Miss Pearl (Poetry)

She told immigrant stories, and talk about growing up Jamaica when she got sad. She stayed clear of heavy traffic, and a walk down the dirt back roads after the sun went down. Miss pearl will cook all day long, and stay up all night feeding me and Walter jerk children. She says living shorter quiz like living Jamaica and her family again. She says she'll move to Atlanta to live with her grandniece. But she'll miss the dirt roads. And when I tell her she might like the city, she asked me if I do. But instead i tell her about growing up and Shorter.
