The Volkswagen president hopes Biden will win the US presidency for this reason

The Executive Director of the Volkswagen Group, Herbert Deiss, issued statements expressing frankly his preference for the Democratic candidate for the US presidency, Joe Biden, to win the US elections.

Deiss believes that Biden will support Volkswagen's strategy to enter the electric age, with steps to strengthen the electric vehicle infrastructure in America.

Biden will also support - if he wins the US presidency - substantial financial incentives to buy electric and environmental cars of all kinds.
