Nov 16 daily meal Today is replacement holiday for Saturday. So many not going workplace including me. So I went nearby hawker center for something rarely taken as lunch.
This is called Yong Tau Fu, where it's almost can be called healthiest meal coz with hot soup . This stall been operate almost half a year and I never paid a single visit. So today wanna give it a chance and try. Not bad. If next time think of Yong TauFu can come and visit again.

The broth is clear, yet it is going to be very tasty. The favor will probably be subtle but good. The soup is very healthy, using natural ingredients to flavor it.
