Short-change or over-price Have you experienced this? Me...i have it both Whenever i buy something i just look at the changed without counting then upon arriving home and counted again to my dismay i got cheated like Php20 yeah not big amout but short-changed is still a form of cheating.. On the other hand i also encountered over-priced item..I'm not good at buying @the wet market cos i seldom bargained or i dont compare goods..so the first stall i chanced upon i will buy most of the things but the further i explored the area more things at lower price.. See these were my lessons in life that thought me to be practical... as the days goes by i learned a thing or two.. From then on i become a seasoned bargain hunter.. Good morning Noiser fam..
