Paybills time.. I'm out to pay our bills,and run some errands.. I can't do online so i better have to do it now.. You can't be late or else disconnection will be as quick as a flash.. But why can't they upgrade their services, make it smooth and steadfast.. To make us as gladly as paying on time.. System do sucks😁
