Been raining on and off like a switchboard.. The downpour is so heavy like a drum beating heavily in the wee hour. Good thing it stop now,it is the severe tropical storm brought by typhoon "Neneng". Hopefully it will be out soon at PAR and we can have a fine weather today. Be safe and stay dry🙏
