Not a good day.. I went to SM to withdraw some money.. The first transaction went well but the second took so long for my card to eject maybe like 5 to 10 minutes i already keyed in all the pin and the amount.. and the monitor read" your transaction can not be processed.. So i moved to the adjacent ATM machine and this time i press the "with receipt" button and voila it processed i withdrawn another 10K.. But the last transactions never happened it said i have insufficient balance.. So i checked the receipt and the another 10K was gone.. I supposed to withdraw 30K..so i called my sis to verify if really 30K was remitted.. Yeah it was.. so i went to BDO to report and the guard said maybe the machine has some glitches.. The teller connected me to the customer service and swiped my card as well and the CS told me to check in few days time if my balance be credited back to my account..i asked why not now,he said they make a report of it first.. I can only sighed with relief if the money is already there..
