Jolina... Been raining the whole day.. And i think it won't get better for now Although we are under blue alert status.. The entire province has been placed under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 due to Typhoon Jolina... Our heart still heavy from those provinces affected heavily with this typhoon..although Jolina weakens slightly.. Thyphoon Kiko entered Philippine Area of Responsibility.. And Northern Luzon is placed under Signal #2 We have to stay alert ...and be safe
