GEMS Going the Extra Mile.. If you are in the public office,in a desk,wait a table or a customer service,you have to inject more patience and do something more extra to make people or customer happy.. In some cases others expect more and become unruly,especially when their demands doesn't meet the criteria but insist they are in the right footings or privilege to do so. This is sad although we can say customer's is always right but not always.. When we go the extra mile it means we value people's feeling,we love what we are doing,we apreciate our job and mostly we are happy people inside out no matter what kind of situation we are facing we do it in a very professional and in a very respectful way.
