Happy Friday friends .. Do you like beer? I have appreciated several, the best for me are those made by monks in Belgium, called Trappists. But I also like those from Bavaria and Slovakia very much. This instead is the latest discovery .. It has a bizarre name and a strong flavor: punk! The history of this brewery is incredible: 2 Scottish guys, in 2007 they started brewing beer in their garage, fed up with the usual industrial beers. In just 2 years they bought an establishment, in 10 they opened breweries in various countries of Europe, in Japan and a themed hotel in the USA. Finally, they opened a huge $ 10 million factory in Brisbane, Australia. Today Brewdog is a brand of artisan excellence in the field of beer!I took this photo in their brewery in Florence!
