খবর এই যে এত চাপের মাঝে, বেতন বিহীন সকাল আসে বোনাস বিহীন ঈদ ভাসে জব হারাবার যত ভয়; কেউ কী রাখে তাদের খবর কী করে তারা ঘরে রয়! মাথার মাঝে ব্যথা লাগে মানুষ হবার ইচ্ছে জাগে, কত মানব কান্না করে চুপটি করে আপন ঘরে। দোকান পাটে লুকিয়ে রয় কেউ কী তাদের খবর লয়! মুচকি হাসি দিয়েই বেড়ায় দায়িত্বটা কাঁধে জড়ায়, কেউ বুঝেনা তাদের ব্যথা বলে বেড়ায় অকথ্য কথা; মাটির দিকে তাকিয়ে রয় কেউ কী তাদের খবর লয়!

Pray for Lebanon🙏 The explosion in Beirut had been devastating . Many are still reported missing... Health minister Hamad hasan mentioned at least 78 people are dead and nearly 4000 were injured in the Beirut blast😭😞 The ports the surrounding area has been damaged. Emergency blood is needed in all hospitals in Beirut.. Vanilla sponge cake Ingredients: 1)4 Egg 2)flour 1cup 3)oill 1cup 4)baking powder 1 teaspoon 5) powder milk 2tabelspoon 6)sugar 1cup 7)vannila 1 teaspoon Procedure: Mix baking powder with flour and stir.break the egg and separate the yolks then make the foam with the egg white beater.Beat better with oil and sugar.beat vanilla essence and powder milk and mix well.No add rice flour. In this case, never use beater in egg flour mixture.After adding flour stir it in one direction on there other.otherwise the foam will settle and the cake will not swell. Now the cake mixture pour in a baking pan.. Then Take a saucepan or pot.if there is a steel stand Place it on a steel/iron stand pan and if not, put sand 1.5 to 2 inches thick inside the pan.. Heat the pot over medium heat. Now place the cake bowl on the stand or sand and cover with a saucepan or pot lid on lowheat.After 1hour see if the cake is done with a toothpick. If not bake for another 5/10 minute .. Ta- Da ready for eat😍😍😍😍

নারিকেলের নাড়ু নারিকেলের নাড়ু একটি অন্যতম ঐতিহ্যবাহী মিষ্টান্ন😇 অনেকের খুব প্রিয় এটি। পহেলা বৈশাখ, হিন্দুধর্মাবলম্বীদের লক্ষী পুজোতে এটির বহুল প্রচলন দেখা যায়। আবার অনেকেই কোনো উপলক্ষ ছাড়া এটি বানায়।কারো কারো বা আয়ের উৎস এই নারিকেলের নাড়ু। নারিকলের নাড়ু রেসিপি খুব সহজ আর তাই বানাতেও সময় কম লাগে আর খেতেও খুব মজাদার😇😇 আজকে আমি আপনাদের সবার সাথে নারিকেলের নাড়ুর রেসিপি শেয়ার করবো। আসুন দেখে নেই কি কি উপকরণ লাগছে। উপকরণঃঃ ১)কুরানো নারিকেল ২কাপ ২)গুড় ১কাপ ৩)ঘি ৪) এলাচ পাউডার ১চা চামচ বানানোর পদ্ধতিঃঃ প্রথমে একটি নন স্টিক প্যান নিবো।আপনারা চাইলে নরমাল এলুমিনিয়ামের পাত্রে ও বানাতে পারবেন।তারপর প্যানটি চুলায় বসাবো চুলা অন করবো।তারপর তাতে এক টেবিল চামচ ঘি দিবো এরপর সাথে সাথে নারিকেল কুরানো আর গুড় দিয়ে দিবো।সবার শেষে এলাচ পাউডার দিবো।ভালোমতো মিশিয়ে অনবরত নাড়তে থাকবো। ১০মিনিট নাড়ানোর পর দেখবো মিশ্রণে আঠালোভাব চলে এসেছে।তখন চুলা অফ করে প্যানটি নামিয়ে রাখবো চুলা থেকে। মিশ্রণ ঠান্ডা হয়ে আসলে হাতে একটু ঘি মাখিয়ে মিশ্রণটি দিয়ে ছোট ছোট বল এর মতো বানাবো। ব্যাস হয়ে গেলো মজাদার স্বাধের নারিকেল নাড়ু। যারা মিষ্টি খাবার পছন্দ করেন আশাকরি তাদের কাছে আজকের রেসিপিটি ভালো লাগবে। ধন্যবাদ সবাইকে

The name of the story is a punishment for a father's slight mistake While cleaning the new car my six year old son was writing something on the car with metal. It's a very hobby car so i Couldn'. Control my anger and hit the Boy's hand while writin. I Couldn't notice in anger that the one i hit was an iron pipe!!!!! My Little boy was sleeping in the Hospital bed and i was sitting next to him cryin. Four fingers were broken by the iron blow.it will never be right again..... My tears fell on his cheeks and he woke up.looking at the bandaged hand he says to me....."Sorry Dad,i won’t' write on the car any more..can i get my fingers back dad?? 😔😔 Back home i wrecked the whole car.then i got tired and sat down.my eyes fell on the boy's Writing on the car...."LOVE YOU DAD" The next morning that unfortunately father is no more.he committed suicide with great difficult. A NOTE LAY BESIDE HIS FROGEN BODY it read: "Anger And Love have No limits.the choice is yours" So guys!!! আলুর পুষ্টিগুণ😍😍 আলু কমবেশি সবার অনেক পছন্দের একটি সবজি।এমন কোনো মানুষ পাওয়া যাবে না যারা আলু পছন্দ করেনা। অনেক ধরনের আলু রয়েছে।আজকে আমি আপনাদেরকে দুইরকম আলুর কথা বলব। গোল আলু,মিস্টি আলু😍 আমরা অনেকেই হয়তো জানিনা আলু আমাদের শরীরের জন্য কতটা উপকারী। তার জন্য জানা দরকার আলুতে কি কি থাকে? আর কেনই বা উপকারী। আসুন জেনে নিই- ১)গোল আলু(Round potato ) গোল আলুর পুষ্টিগুন ফাইবার পটাসিয়াম ভিটামিন সি ভিটামিন বি ৬ যার ফলে কোলেস্টেরল নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা সম্ভব হয়।আর কোলেস্টেরল নিয়ন্ত্রণে থাকলে হার্ট ও সুস্থ থাকে। ২)মিস্টি আলু মিষ্টি আলু মিষ্টি,স্টার্ট সম্বৃদ্ধ মূল জাতীয় একটি সবজি যা পৃথিবীজুড়ে উৎপন্ন হয়। এরা বিভিন্ন আকারের এবং বিভিন্ন রঙ সমৃদ্ধ হয়।যেমনঃ বেগুনি,কমলা,সাদা ইত্যাদি।এরা ভিটামিন,খনিজ লবণ,অ্যান্টি-অক্সিডেন্ট সমৃদ্ধ।মিষ্টি আলুর পুষ্টিগুণঃ Highly nutritious : মিষ্টি আলু ভিটামিন,খনিজ লবণ ও ফাইবারের খুব ভালো উৎস।এক কাপ (২০০ গ্রাম) খোসা সহ বেকড মিষ্টি আলু থেকে পাওয়া যায় : ক্যালোরি : ১৮০ কি.ক্যালরি কার্বস : ৪১.১ গ্রাম প্রোটিন : ৪ গ্রাম ফ্যাট : ০.৩ গ্রাম ফাইবার : ৬.৬ গ্রাম ভিটামিন-এ : দৈনিক চাহিদার ৭৬৯% ভিটামিন-সি : দৈনিক চাহিদার ৬৫% ভিটামিন-বি৬ : দৈনিক চাহিদার ২৯% ম্যাঙ্গানিজ : দৈনিক চাহিদার ৫০% পটাশিয়াম :দৈনিক চাহিদার ২৭% পেন্টোথেনিক এসিড : দৈনিক চাহিদার ১৮% তামা : দৈনিক চাহিদার ১৬% নায়াসিন : দৈনিক চাহিদার ১৫% এছাড়াও মিষ্টি আলু বিশেষত কমলা ও বেগুনি রংয়ের জাত গুলি অ্যান্টি-অক্সিডেন্ট সমৃদ্ধ যা আমাদের দেহকে ফ্রি রেডিক্যাল থেকে রক্ষা করে।ফ্রি রেডিক্যাল আমাদের দেহে প্রদাহের সৃষ্টি হয় এছাড়াও ফ্রি রেডিক্যাল এর কারণে ক্যান্সার,হৃদরোগ,দ্রুত বার্ধক্য ইত্যাদির সৃষ্টি হয়। Promote gut health : মিষ্টি আলুতে থাকা ফাইবার ও অ্যান্টি-অক্সিডেন্ট অন্ত্রের স্বাস্থ্যের জন্য খুবই ভালো।মিষ্টি আলুতে দ্রবণীয় (১৫-২৩%) ও অদ্রবণীয়(৭৭-৮৫%) দুই ধরনের ফাইবার ই থাকে। দ্রবণীয় ফাইবার পেটভরা রাখে ফলে খাদ্য গ্রহণের চাহিদা কমে।চিনি এবং স্টার্চের হজমে সহায়তা মাধ্যমে রক্তের গ্লুকোজ কমায়। দ্রবণীয় ফাইবার পানি শোষণ করে আমাদের মলকে নরম করে।কিছু দ্রবণীয় ও অদ্রবণীয় ফাইবার অন্ত্রের ব্যাকটেরিয়া দ্বারা গাঁজন সম্পন্ন করে শর্ট চেইন ফ্যাটি এসিড তৈরি করে যা অন্ত্রের কোষে শক্তি প্রদান করে এবং এদের সুস্থ রাখে। বেগুনি মিষ্টি আলু অন্ত্রে ভালো ব্যাকটেরিয়া যেমন- Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus sepcies ইত্যাদির বৃদ্ধিকে ত্বরান্বিত করে। May have cancer fighting properties : মিষ্টি আলুর অ্যান্টি-অক্সিডেন্ট বিভিন্ন ক্যান্সার প্রতিরোধে সহায়তা করে।অ্যান্থোসায়ানিন-বেগুনি মিষ্টি আলুতে প্রাপ্ত একটি অ্যান্টি-অক্সিডেন্ট যা কোলন ক্যান্সার,স্তন ক্যান্সার সহ বিভিন্ন ক্যান্সার কোষের বৃদ্ধি কে প্রতিহত করে। Support healthy vision : মিষ্টি আলু খুবই উচ্চমাত্রায় বিটা ক্যারোটিন সমৃদ্ধ।এক কাপ (২০০ গ্রাম) খোসা সহ বেকড মিষ্টি আলু থেকে একজন প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ব্যক্তির দৈনিক বিটা ক্যারোটিন এর চাহিদার ৭ গুণ বিটা ক্যারোটিন পাওয়া যায়। এই বিটা ক্যারোটিন আমাদের দেহে ভিটামিন এ তে রুপান্তরিত হয়ে দৃষ্টিশক্তিকে সুস্থ রাখে।ভিটামিন এ এর অভাব মারাত্মকভাবে পরিলক্ষিত হলে তা জেরোপথ্যালমিয়া নামক এক বিশেষ ধরনের অন্ধত্ব সৃষ্টি করে। May enhance brain function : বেগুনি মিষ্টি আলুতে প্রাপ্ত অ্যান্থোসায়ানিন দেহকে ফ্রি রেডিক্যাল থেকে রক্ষা করে দেহে প্রদাহ সৃষ্টি করতে বাধা দেয় যা মস্তিষ্কের সুস্থতার জন্য খুবই জরুরী। May support your immune system : কমলা মিষ্টি আলু উচ্চমাত্রায় বিটা ক্যারোটিন সমৃদ্ধ যা আমাদের দেহে ভিটামিন এ তে রূপান্তরিত হয়।এই ভিটামিন-এ আমাদের রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি করে। #Sweet potato Vs. বিকেলের ভ্রমণ গ্রামের বাড়িতে বেড়াতে এসেছি অনেকদিন হলো। প্রায় অনেক বছর পর এলাম।এতোদিন ঘরবন্দী ছিলাম।বাট আজকে বিকেলে হঠাৎ ভাবলাম সমুদ্রের পাড় থেকে ঘুরে আসি। আমাদের ঘর সমুদ্রের পাড়ের দুরত্ব খুব বেশি নয়। এতো ভালো লাগছিলো বলার মতো না। সমুদ্রের বাতাস,পাখির কিচিরমিচির,জেলেদের মাছ ধরা,ডিঙি নৌকা, সমুদ্রের পাড়ের কাছে সব ধানের গাছ😍 আগে পানিপথের মাধ্যমে যাতায়াত ছিলো তাই মানুষের ভিড় ছিলো।কিন্তু এখন তেমন একটা কোলাহল নেই।আজকের আকাশটাও বারবার নিজের রুপ পাল্টাচ্ছিলো দেখতে এতো ভালো লাগছিলো চোখ সরাতে পারছিলাম না। আমি এতোদিন জানতাম সমুদ্রের গাছের ফল হয় না কিন্তু আজকে অবাক হলাম যখন এইখানের লোকালয়ের মানুষ আমাকে সামুদ্রিক ফল নিয়ে আইডিয়া দিলো।যেটাকে আঞ্চলিক ভাষায় কেরবা গুলা বলে বাট এর ভালো নাম আমি জানতে পারিনি। অনেকটা টক আর নোনতা সাধের এই কেরবা ফলগুলো😇 হাটতে হাটতে কেরবা ফলের খোজ করছিলাম এবং পেয়েও গেছিলাম। এক অন্য রকম অভিজ্ঞতা হয়েছিলো। সবশেষে ধান ক্ষেতের আইল ধরে নিজেদের ঘরে এসে পড়লাম। আশার সময় বাজার,গরু নিয়ে রাখালের ঘিরে ফেরা দেখলাম।আসলেই অন্যরকম মন ভালো করা অভিজ্ঞতা হয়েছে আমার😍😍😍

টমেটো ভর্তা অনেক রকম ভর্তা আছে তার মধ্যে টমেটো ভর্তা অন্যতম😇 । আজকে আমি আপনাদের সাথে দুই রকমের টমেটো ভর্তা রেসিপি শেয়ার করবো। ১)পোড়া টমেটো ভর্তাঃঃ উপকরণঃঃ ১)টমেটো ৪/৫টা ২)সরিষার তেল ৩)তেলে পোড়া শুকনো মরিচ ৪/৫টা ৪)পেয়াজ ২টি(মাঝারি সাইঝ) ৫)লবণ ৬)ধনেপাতা কুচি ভর্তা বানানোর পদ্ধতিঃঃ প্রথমে একটি তাওয়ায় টমেটো নিয়ে চুলায় বসাতে হবে। তারপর চুলা অন করে ঢাকনা দিয়ে তাওয়াটা ঢেকে রাখতে হবে।টমেটো নরম হয়ে আসলে চুলা থেকে নামিয়ে ঠান্ডা করতে হবে তারপর চামড়া ছাড়িয়ে চটকে নিতে হবে।আরেকটা পাত্রে অল্প সরিষার তেল নিয়ে তাতে শুকনো মরিচ গুলো ভেজে নিতে হবে।তারপর নামিয়ে শুকনো মরিচ গুলো কচলে নিতে হবে লবনের সাথে।তারপর সেই সাথে পেয়াজ কুচি আর চটকানো টমেটো এবং অল্প করে সরিষার তেল আর ধনেপাতা মিশিয়ে হয়ে গেলো মজাদার পোড়া টমেটো ভর্তা😇😇 2)রসুন টমেটো ভর্তা উপকরণঃঃ ১)টমেটো ৫টা ২) শুকনো মরিচ ৩/৪টা(ঝাল পছন্দমতো) ৩) রসুন ৫কোয়া ৪)সরিষার তেল ৫)পেয়াজ ২টি(মাঝারি সাইঝ) ভর্তা বানানোর পদ্ধতিঃ প্রথমে একটি তাওয়া চুলায় বসিয়ে এতে রসুনের কোয়াগুলো দিয়ে হালকা ঝলসে নিতে হবে যেন ভিতরের অংশ নরম হয়ে যায়।তারপর নামিয়ে চামড়া ছিলে নিতে হবে তারপর চটকে নরম করে নিতে হবে।একি পদ্ধতিতে টমেটো ঝলসে চামড়া ছাড়িয়ে নিতে হবে আর চটকে নিতে হবে।তারপর একটি পাত্রে সরষে তেল দিয়ে শুকনো মরিচ ভেজে নিতে হবে এবং সেই তেলে পেয়াজ কুচিগুলো দিয়ে অল্প করে ভেজে নিতে হবে।তারপর মরিচগুলো লবণ দিয়ে মাখিয়ে একে একে পেয়াজকুচি, চটকে রাখা টমেটো আর রসুন সাথে সরিষার তেল দিয়ে আবার ভালোভাবে মাখিয়ে নিলে হয়ে যাবে মজাদার টমেটো রসুন ভর্তা😇😇😇

জয়ফল-জয়ত্রী কথন আমারা কম বেশি সবাই বিশেষ করে জয়ফল জয়ত্রী শব্দটার সাথে বহুল পরিচিত। বিশেষ করে মেয়েরা এগুলোকে বেশি চিনবে। এগুলা এক প্রকার মশলা যা রান্নার কাজে ব্যাবহার করা হয়।অনেক ধরনের রান্নাতে এগুলোর ব্যাবহার অতুলনী। কারন এই মশলাগুলো রান্নার স্বাধ বাড়ায়। বিশেষ করে বিরিয়ানি রান্নায় আর রোস্ট রান্নায় এই মশলাগুলোর ব্যাবহার অনেক প্রচলিত।কারণ এই মশলাগুলো ব্যাবহার করলে রান্নার টেস্ট অনেকগুনে বেড়ে যায়। আমরা সবাই এগুলোকে মশলা হিসেবেই চিনি কিন্তু কয়জনেই এর আরেকটা সত্যি সম্পর্কে জানি?? আসুন আজকে আমি আপনাদের সেই সত্যিটি জানাই। জয়ফল-জয়ত্রী এগুলো একপ্রকার আলাদা আলাদা মশলা হলেও এই মশলাগুলোর অন্য একটি রুপ আছে। আপনারা জানের কি? জয়ফল জয়ত্রী আলাদা মশলা হলেও এগুলো একই গাছের একটি রসালো ফল😍 পাকা ফলের ভিতরে যেই বীজ সেটা জয়ফল আর বিচির উপরে যেই আবরন তা জয়ত্রী😇😇
