Are Men And Women Equal?

males can never be equal to females no matter what, gender inequality is not going anywhere although it is not as bad as it was before. I think a lot of women have the opportunities to be what they want if they study hard and work for it. we have a lot of women in high positions, leaders of states and even presidents, these women worked hard all their lives to get to where they are despite the inequalities

And all these women got to those positions because they worked hard and fought for it, maybe if they were given equal opportunities they won't need to fight that hard but the fact is that they did whatever they had to do to get there, I think women are being given the opportunity to lead in such positions but we have to understand that there are not many women in those positions cause a lot of women are not interested in them, they don't want to do the work and put in the time and effort to fight these men for it and that's fine, there are other women who want these positions and they are going for them no matter what.

You're right, there are many cultures and traditions that are like that and the woman are okay with it, there are a lot of women that prefer staying at home while the man do the work, we shouldn't force these women to work if they don't want to. The truth is that most men are capable of doing these hard things than women but it doesn't mean there are no women out there who can do them, If she is qualified and can compete with the men and win, then she would get the job. Women should be given the same opportunity to compete and qualify and not just dismissed because they are women.

I think that's changing cause we now have a lot of women in these positions compared to before. A woman has run for the president of the US she didn't win but she was qualified to contest with men, there are also countries that have women leaders or presidents. The world would always see men as superior to women, I don't think that would ever change, but we should give all women the opportunities to prove themselves worthy and gradually we would see more women in positions were it's usually men. Women can bear children while men can't and this also means that women would take more breaks in the workplace than men, a pregnant woman cannot work as hard as a man and an employer might chose a man over a woman cause of this and that's okay. We all have our strengths and weakness, we are different and unique and should be treated that way.

😂 men can never get pregnant or give birth so we can't be equal, but in the workplace any woman can go and study for a job and if she passes the exams and qualifications and interviews then she would get the job, as long as she is more qualified than the men she would be the perfect person for the job.

yes I guess women slayed? haha they can work whatever and whenever and for men I don't know if they will be able to work girls job.

A lot of men can't do girls jobs, 😂 they suck at it and that's fine, to each his own.

We should be treated equally in some situations not everything, we should be given the same opportunities in the workspace but personally, I don't want to be treated like a man, I want to be treated like a woman, I want all the perks of being a woman, I want my man to treat me like the delicate woman I am, I want him to take care of me and our family like a man should. Honestly I don't want to do the hard work men do or compete with them, I want to compete with other women, I want to work because I want to and not because I have to.

Exactly. We should be treated with what we well deserve, specially women who seemed to be fragile in some cost. Sometimes equality should be applied in workspace and other circumstances. But, the treatment should depend on the gender. You can punch a man, but not a woman. There are situations where sensitivity with the gender of the person should be prioritized and applied.

You're right it's about intelligence, we have our strength and weaknesses, we can all work hard and study to be what we want to be in life, as long as you're qualified you would get far in life whether woman or man, there are a lot of powerful women in the world right now and they worked really hard and had to compete with men to get there despite their gender.

I agree, we both compliment each other, we need each other for the world to be balanced, even in the animal world the males and females all have their rules to play, we are similar but not the same.
