Appreciation. Do you guys love throwing foods away? Like rice? By doing so, just imagine those farmers who worked hard to plant, grow and harvest it. Not just that, they sun dry it after. Then mill the rice grain and so on. Until it produces polished rice. They pack and sell them in a much lower price. Then you buy them from the stores in an expensive price. You cook then eat them. Then maybe, you just throw away the left overs. Is this what you do? If you ask me, my answer is no. If I have left overs, my sister has dogs, pigs, and chickens to eat them. There's nothing to waste. Hehe. It's your own choice though. And today, we have here peanut spread. We toasted it, and went to town. They processed it as well with canola oil and sugar which we provided. Until we had peanut spread. We enjoyed putting it on our loaf bread. So yummy. But before that, our parents needed to weed the soil in the farm. Plot them, plant peanuts, and grow them. Remove the weeds growing near them again after few weeks. They wait for few months, and harvest it. Dry them out under the sun. Then remove the coverings or peel it off. Dry them again and that's it. And we continued with the process today until we have these peanut spread on the table. Wow, what a hard work to experience and see. I really appreciate it. Just my simple appreciation to hardworking farmers out there. Always be well! God bless. Good night.
