Paracetamol Biuflu I have taken four capsules of paracetamol biuflu already. I started last night at 9:50pm. It's advisable to take it every four hours. So from 9:50pm to 1:50am, to 5:50am and 9:50am. I'm done taking all my medicines. So now, I mixed my sliced lemons in my warm water. That's what I'm drinking. I hope it helps.
