Here in Serbia, it is customary to have summer fairs where you can buy treats like the one in the picture. These are candied apples on a stick rolled in caramel syrup. It's a big struggle to eat them without getting all wet. We all need sugar sometimes, and this treat takes us back to childhood because it's the most interesting thing for children.
