Mang inasal In Filipino, "mang" means uncle but I don't know if "inasal" is a person. Other restaurants used such as "kuya" "don" "aling" and others which is a pure Filipino terms. I'm just wondering a good name for my fancy restaurant to be 🤔 ☝️🤓 "Ate shawking" what a nice name 🤗 The chicken inasal was very very taste good and is the favourite of most Filipinos. How I wish I could have the recipe and the secret ingredients of their secret ingredients. I guess all Filipinos here has already tried this and I'm 100% sure that they love it. Yup! It really taste good!😋🍴🍗
