Hey guys good afternoon.Today i am going to share a important topics. (How to be a good listener)..i **hope everyone will learn about it and like it.** **Let's start.....!** First of all, *Listen with your eyes, as well as your ears. *Adapt to the speaker delivery. *listen mindfully and skillfull. *listen analytically and active notes Secondly.... *You have to became an active listener. *You have to listen ethically. *Avoid fake listening. * Resists Distraction. At last,to listen effectively... *You have to select a massage and attend to it also understand the massage. *Respond appropriately to it and listen for technic. *listen for evidence also develop notes and taking skills.

In these way you can be a good listener and you can be listen effectively. **In conclusion,i would like to say we all have this problem, we Don't listen anything effectively.
