What is important thing in our life? The most important thing in our lives is time. If we waste our time can't do anything in our life. If we waste our time, it means we wasted our life. We Waste a lot of our time on different technologies and on different social media. There is no doubt that we are also very useful information on the shape media. But we waste all our time. Our time is very valuable so we should not waste it. We do not get anything in exchange for the time we waste on social media. And we spend at least two or three hours a day on it. After using two three hours shape media, we do not have benefit but loss in return. For example we feel felt and feels painful eyes. We forget the goal of our life. Our brain-minding begins to be weak.
