Ways to Improve Communication Skills Never criticize anyone. If you call someone wrong, he will not be willing to admit his mistake and will stand firm. And not admitting his mistake will turn against you. That is why we should not criticize anyone. Why is it that we all think the other guy is wrong but we don't want to hear ourselves wrong. Whenever you have to praise someone, do it in front of everyone, but if you have to criticize it, do it alone. Sometimes it happens that we can't stand seeing someone's mistake and we want to correct his mistake immediately but such a reaction will make him make more mistakes. And we are all in front of him and we start blaming him for his mistake. And everyone wants to be respected in front of other people, not disrespected.
