I happened to find that there is a restaurant I want to try face to face in Italy, and the owner just came back from a long holiday and is now opening steadily. Try the basic shredded pork fried rice, the meat is marinated, and the rice is well-fried, dry and not greasy, which is amazing. After looking through the comments, I realized that the boss's craftsmanship has been in the hotel, so I'll try it next time.
