My quince has ripened, it's been falling for a few days now and making noise on this tin roof, so I decided to take the burden off its branches today :) Today after my shift I picked these wonderful fruits, we love to make quince sweets and teas... I live in the city and I'm sorry that I don't have more space for an orchard, we have a small garden and I'm very happy when I harvest organic vegetables with my own hands :) Photo by Setac

We love quince pear for the tea. They are the best. Are you going to make jam?
Last year we made a lot, I don't know if there are plans for this one as well, but I believe there will be, depending on the amount of the crop :)
That sounds interesting my friend. I don't have any idea what is quince.
An aromatic fruit that is not really a specialty when eaten raw, but many wonderful things are made from it... I hope you will have the opportunity to try it soon :)
