Za pripremu ove poslastice potrebno je 1800g svježeg snijega, preporučena vlažnost vazduha je oko 58% a temperatura u toku pripreme 0c Da bi kolac dugo stajao preporučuje se čuvati ga ispod -5c Prijatno! :) Naravno, da bi pao snijeg, ili se bilo šta desilo dovoljno je Stvoritelj da kaže BUDI i ono bude.
