Don't talk when you're angry. Are you applying this in your lives? Sometimes this is true and sometimes it's not. You know, anger is a helpful emotion that tells us when our boundaries have been crossed. It gives us information about how to proceed - which is not to be silent. We need to find appropriate ways of verbalising our anger. Don't let it build up because then it becomes rage, which is way more dangerous. Learn to verbalize your anger but in a good way. 😉

I usually control my anger until it subsides, then start talk, i try to be more patiently
We shouldn't talk when we are angry because that time our tongue is strict that might hurts others we should be alone that time.
