Before you give up

Okay, let's be realistic here. Giving up is the easiest thing to do. Especially, if we've been constantly experiencing a lot of failures and it seems like fate is not on our side. Actually, it is our natural initial response everytime we see that it is difficult or impossible to accomplished. We tend to lost our heart and interest everytime our first step fails. Everyone can give up if they want to-even with the things they love. But there are also few determined souls who has the courage to keep going despite of failing over and over again.

Is Giving up a Choice or Not?

A lot of times in my life where I get tired and choose to surrender it instead of just resting. It was like an illness for me that I couldn't help but just let it consume me. I remembered when I was writing a story back then and I got bored. I decided to just stop writing it and just threw it away, instead of just taking a break to entertained myself and be motivated again.

You see? That situations just clearly shows that giving up is not involuntary thing. I give up not because I was given no choice. I give up because it is my choice.

There's always a reason...

If we are gonna examine the situation above on why did I choose to give up. You will clearly see that 'surrendering' was not always in the picture. It only comes out every time I experienced down moments. Just like, you wouldn't feel angry if no one triggers you.

• Tiredness

Being tired could be a great reason to just give up the things we love or wanted. However, I strongly believe that no one would ever feel tired with the things he love. Maybe you get tired by doing the process, but not really in your passion.

• Boredom

Boredom is really the mortal enemy of a person in everything we do. When a person get bored, he will automatically leave what he is doing and find another thing to do that is more entertaining. And it will obviously make the man give up his first work no matter how big the progress he has already done. Of course, you wouldn't want to work on things that you have no interest about, right?

However, a passionate person would always find ways to kill his boredom before it kill his passion.

The reasons I included, are only based on my situation/experienced that I have stated above. There are still a lot of reason behind every 'give ups' of a person.

Before you give up...

I know, there's a lot of reason for us to give up , to surrender and to stop doing the things we love. Maybe you were thinking right now that it is the only way out. If you are a writer, blogger, an artist, singer, employee, businessman or a content creator, please consider this things before you decide to surrender.

• Remember why you started

I decided to join read.cash because I wanted to earn and help my family when it comes to our financial needs. That, honestly, was my main reason in joing this platform. Time passed by and I have realized and discovered the opportunities that read.cash brought in my life. Through writing, I was able to meet new and amazing people. It is such a big help for me to interact and build friendly bond with other people and expand my socialization. Aside from that, it also helped me improve my english fluency and discovered multiple vocabularies that I didn't know before and BCH. In short, through the help of this platform, I was able to earn while writing and learn while reading. And that, basically became my ultimate reason why I continue writing despite of the bad things that is happening to me.

Whenever, you feel like giving up, please always remember the reason why you started that journey. Remember your goal and that will eventually drives you to keep going.

• Someone's looking up to you

When we were a kid, we used to have a lot of idols that we look up to. In fact, they became our inspiration and role model. We wanted to also achieve the things that they have achieved. And when they are down, we get feel sad also. Just like those people, someone out there is also looking up to you.

Someone who believe in your potential and ability to succeed in life. Someone who gets inspired by your story and how you fight your everyday battle.

Someone out there is making you as their model. Someone they wish that they can become too.

You may not notice it, but trust me. There is someone out there who supports, prays and cheer for you, in silence.

Before you give up, please consider what would that person feel.
