Colored Pencil Portraits
Heyy everyone. Its been a while. I haven't posted new articles for the past days. I did post some crypto-related ones last time but as you know they're from my Publish0x blog and it won't be marked exclusive. I've been doing online work and graphic arts non-stop these past few days that my eyes are hurting already. I have myopia and astigmatism that I think after all these I would have worse eye vision! So now, I would want to spend some free time and I would be sharing articles and artworks again with you. I am actually enjoying these moments since I've received my registration form already from my medical school and I will start attending classes on September, which will be online of course. Unfortunately, since I'm still not done with my deadlines, the only artworks I can show you are the ones I've done a long time ago. Some would date back to 2013 or something. I really want to create new ones but I don't have enough time. I wish I would have soon.😞 Please check out some of my portraits done using colored pencils.The shading and color pay-off are not that great since it was from 2015. I want to recreate these ones and maybe improve the color. I will share it with you once I've done that.💓

This one's Yuri, she's my sister's bias during that time so she requested it.
This is Yoona. I just did this because she's the group's visual. Though looking at it now I think I got most of her facial features wrong. 😅 These artworks aren't that polished, but I try to improve every now and then. I haven't done any portrait or art using colored pencils for years now, so maybe I would try it for the next days. To you who also finds peace and happiness in doing arts, just keep on doing more. Never get tired of learning new style and using new medium. You will keep on improving and you will be able to show different kinds of beauty to the world. I hope you're having a nice day. I think you got too used to digital now OnO the proportions are kinda off
Ohh these are from 2015 hahaha. Though yess, I think I need to do more art aside from digital soon huhuhu. I haven't found enough time, hopefully I can on the next days. 😭
Ohh they're pretty old but they're good, just bothered with the proportions and all. So that's how you used to draw before

At least now you draw noses just fine so i don't think it'll be a problem anymore. Too bad my drawing style never changed much so i don't have anything to compare with
Maybe you haven't noticed it yet, but when you look back, you'll see that you improved. Just keep on doing it. Although I think you already do so great in colors so maybe you can't see it in terms to that. ☺️
I still keep my old journals and check on them every now and then. I even posted my therapy journal from 2014 😅 that old art journal article I made and i think i really didn't change much in style, it just got more colorful, i guess? But you tell me? Was there improvements from then and now? Because i honestly can't tell ;-;
Yes you do! I feel that you draw more at ease now like it's already etched in your hands what to do. And you tend to draw brighter now. But yes, your style is the same and that's actually very good since that makes it like your trademark, which is very unique. 😍
Well yeah, i can complete something in just an hour or two so i got faster. Cool, i have a trademark now OwO I'm still figuring out what your trademark is though, i just followed because the digital art is cool ;;w;;
It's actually amazing how you maintain it after all these years. Some artists find it hard to create their own style, they keep on changing every few years. I think it would be nice if you maintain your style, just keep on improving the way you present it. ❤️ I'm still figuring out my own style yet. 😂
Because my motor skills don't really change so maybe that's why? Kinda still hoping I make a bit of change. I mean, versatility would be nice too. Hmm... i think you work better with digital but that's only based on your uploads, i don't know about your traditional arts much
