I normally will not buy copies of an album I already own - but not all records sound the same. Different pressings can have vastly different sound qualities, and Chickenfoot III is a great example of it. I originally bought the red (US) release when this came out, but was fairly unhappy with the sound, extremely flat and lacking any type of 'presence' to it. So several months later, I came across the blue (European) release for sale and decided to buy it and see if it was any better - and the blue is all I'll play now. Meanwhile, I can't really sell the red, because in between I had gone to see them live in concert and got Sammy Hagar to autograph the album jacket, so it is a permanent part of the collection now.
