Turkey vulture/buzzard. These can be seen fairly often in my area, either circling high in the air searching for food, or taking flight after being scared off by the approach of a vehicle while they were feeding on roadkill. This set of photos (from May 2020) are the best shots I have ever taken of one, and I stopped my truck probably 100 yards/91.4 meters away from where it was feeding so I could get as close as possible before it took wing.
