I don't know. I run a satire/parody page on facebook called 'Obama For President 2024' and I am constantly getting PM's from people begging for money to get out of alleged bad situations. For some reason, even though they get an automatic reply stating it is a satire/parody page, scammers seem to think it is REALLY Obama running the page. >.< I do believe this is the most outlandish story I have gotten yet.
