These businesses love to claim they 'have never had a recall' - even though they SHOULD issue a recall. Most specifically, I am talking about Purina Fancy Feast™ Cat Food. The last two cases I have bought (at $22.97 per case after tax) have been incorrectly labeled. I purchased them (in separate purchases) intending to buy Fancy Feast Gravy Lover's Beef Feast w/Gravy. Instead, both cases were labeled Beef Feast but instead contained Chicken Feast. Now, it wouldn't really make much difference to me, but my tom Scar does not like Chicken - he wants Beef. And I KNOW I did not buy the only two mislabeled cases. Purina knows - I sent them all the required information including manufacturing codes etc. And they offered to send me coupons to replace the mislabeled cases. But if they don't do a recall, how do I know the exact same thing won't happen again when I try to replace them? Left: correct Beef Center: mislabeled Beef Right: correct Chicken

Our cat prefers only chicken or turkey meat pouches from Whiskas. He certainly doesn't want other brands or the other sorts. Cats are very picky. 🐱
Scar does not like chicken at all, but the two others will eat it. Scar is one of those finicky persnickety cats.
It looks like you've got a beef with Purina! 😋
I remember (some months ago) we had a discussion about purring. Well, you were 100% right about that. I got to admit I understand cats better now. They will rarely purr if they are content, but most times (~99%) they make the purr sound as they want something. My Blackie also prefers beef and considers the Purina Fancy Feast fiasco a disrespectful occasion against all cats.
