Sometimes the colors in life do not seem to be real, and things are a bit distorted, and there is a voice screaming in my head that the end time is near and we are all doomed. But it only happens once every 3-4 years so I mostly ignore it.

  One downside of all this connectivity between people with the Interwebs is being treated to the amount of total stupidity out there. If I had any real sense I'd smash my phones and burn my computer.

Happens a bit more prolonged intervals to me. Last time I was blaming it on the globalisation of the world and how any change in any part of the world is affecting the rest. For example 200 years ago most brutal wars could be happening and people few thousand kilometres could be ignorant about it
