5:30 A.M. Tuesday 27 December 2022 Somewhere in southeastern Illinois USA Had several pairs of cardinals (redbirds) feeding here yesterday, spots of bright color all throughout the trees. Second photo also shows a good view of a blue jay (I had three of them dive-bombing the feeders).
